Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. It is MemeWars policy to respect your privacy and comply with any applicable law and regulation regarding any personal information we may collect about you, including via our app, MemeWars, and its associated services.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and otherwise process personal information about users and other individuals age 18 and over in connection with MemeWars. It also describes your rights and choices with respect to your personal information, and how you can contact us with questions or concerns.
Personal information is any information about you which can be used to identify you, directly or indirectly. This includes information about you as a person (such as name, address, and date of birth), your devices, payment details, and information about how you use an app or online service.
In the event our app contains links to third-party sites, services, or apps, please be aware that those sites and services have their own privacy policies. After following a link to any third-party content, you should read their posted privacy policy to understand how they collect and use personal information. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any of your activities after you leave our app.
This policy is effective as of 15 April 2026.
Last updated: 15 April 2026.
Information We Collect
Information we collect falls into one of two categories: “voluntarily provided” information and “automatically collected” information.
“Voluntarily provided” information refers to any information you knowingly and actively provide us when using our app and its associated services.
“Automatically collected” information refers to any information automatically sent by your device or generated by your use of the app and its associated services.
We may also obtain information about you from other sources, such as third-party services you connect to MemeWars, partners, analytics and advertising providers, and publicly available sources, where permitted by law.
Log Data
When you access our servers via our app, we may automatically log the standard data provided by your device. This may include your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, device identifiers, your device type and version, app version, operating system, language and time zone settings, your activity within the app (such as buttons you tap, videos you view, features you use, and the time spent in different parts of the app), error and crash reports, and other diagnostic, usage, and performance data.
Additionally, when you encounter certain errors while using the app, we automatically collect data about the error and the circumstances surrounding its occurrence. This data may include technical details about your device, what you were trying to do when the error happened, and other technical information relating to the problem. You may or may not receive notice of such errors in the moment they occur.
Please be aware that while this information may not be personally identifying by itself, it may be possible to combine it with other data to personally identify individual persons.

• Phone/SMS (for verification, security, or account recovery)
• Notifications (for push notifications)
• Mobile data and Wi‑Fi information
• Motion or device sensor data (for app features and anti-fraud measures)
When you install the app or use your device’s tools within the app, we request permission to access this information. The specific data we collect depends on your device settings, operating system, and the permissions you grant when you install and use the app. You can typically control these permissions through your device settings, but certain features may not work if you disable or revoke permissions.

User Generated Content (UGC)
MemeWars requires that users accept the app’s Terms of Use and/or user policy before users can create or upload user-generated content (UGC).
MemeWars has an internal team and automated systems to define objectionable content and behaviors and prohibit them in the app’s Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, and user policies. This team implements ongoing UGC moderation, as is reasonable and consistent with the type of UGC hosted by the app.
MemeWars may remove or restrict objectionable content as close to real-time as reasonably possible, but cannot guarantee immediate removal of any particular content.
MemeWars monitors UGC for objectionable content (for example, sexually explicit images, illegal activity, or threats) using a combination of automated tools and human review, as permitted by law.
MemeWars provides a user-friendly, in-app system for reporting objectionable UGC and abusive behavior and takes action against that UGC or user where appropriate, which may include removal of content, feature restrictions, or account termination.
MemeWars provides safeguards to prevent in-app monetization, Tokens, betting, or Promotions from encouraging objectionable user behavior.
MemeWars provides access to its contact information so users can contact the Company as needed.
